Receiving An Offer.

As soon as an offer is received I will notify you. And agree to meet to review the offer and to proceed according you decide whether to accept the offer.

Once you accept an offer. The house is Sold conditional, it is necessary to wait that the buyer fulfill or waiver each condition to get into a firm sold.

Completion Day

Completion is when the money is transferred from the buyer’s solicitor to your solicitor’s account.

Title to the property is transferred from you to the buyer. The buyer receives the house-keys and you receive payment for the house! From the amount credited to you, the title representative subtracts the funds to pay off the existing mortgage and other transaction costs. Deeds, loan papers, and other documents are prepared, signed and ultimately filed with the local property record office.
